Blogger Tricks - Good news for the facebookers, facebook team has released the official Facebook messenger for windows users. Facebook is basically a messenger chat client for Windows that allows you to chat with our facebook friends without having to use a web browser, so this is similar to Facebook messenger Windows live messenger or Yahoo messenger.
By using Facebook messenger we can:
1. Chat and send messages with our friends on facebook.
2. See the latest updates from your friends at the ticker.
3. Get a brief notice of what happened.
Facebook messenger can only be installed in windows 7, when installing the application, will require us to log on using a web browser, after logging into facebook via a web browser, facebook messenger application will automatically be entered and ready for use.
The interface looks like the following screenshot:
As you can see its interface is very simple and similar to the look on the Facebook site which certainly helps us in getting the same feeling we get when browsing the Facebook site. You can log out at any time by right-clicking on its system tray icon and select the option "Log out". Keep in mind, this also will be automatically logged out of Facebook site in the browser.
